I have always loved a good photoshoot. In the past to save money, I would aim my camera and set the self-timer, hoping to capture those special moments. But more often than not, the photos didn’t turn out the way I envisioned—and I just didn’t love seeing them. We skipped baby announcements, maternity photos, and even newborn pictures because I thought we could “just do it ourselves.”
